Franck Fabro
After being admitted to the Bar in 1995, Franck Fabro began his career as a tax lawyer at Deloitte & Touche J&F (today Deloitte Société d’Avocats) to assist major French and foreign companies in tax matters (tax advice, tax audit assistance and tax litigation). In 2002, he joined the CIB division of BNP Paribas, first as part of the Structured Finance team, then within the Fixed Income and the Global Market teams. During his time at BNP Paribas, he led complex international financial operations, allowing him to develop a solid financial, transactional and accounting culture in addition to his tax expertise. In 2017, he became a partner of Harmony Avocats, where he practices law today in the areas of corporate tax, personal and business wealth management. Franck speaks French and English.
Franck chairs the DFCG Tax working group. He is also a member of the IACF and the Sphère Fiscale.
Franck regularly writes for the Revue Finance et Gestion, edited by the DFCG, as well as for a number of specialised publications edited by the Editions Francis Lefebvre (ACGF, Innéo DAF).
