2022 Vosne-Romanée, Les Charmes de Mazières, Domaine Guyon, BurgundyThis cuve comes from Jean Pierres oldest vines in Vosne with an average age of 70 years and 100% new wood is used. Intense black fruit on the nose with great depth and freshness. There is great lightness on the mid palate with notes of sour cherries and prune associated with a lovely salinity. There is great energy here and the fruit is crisp and fresh. Drink 2028 2044, Yoan Bernard, Berry Bros. & Rudd
